Character or Pairing: Nico, with Nico/Victor at the end but the story mainly involves them in a non-pairing capacity.

Notes: I originally wrote this for (oddly) Marvel.com's Fanfiction forum. One of my stories won July's Writing Competition, and the prize was the opportunity to post a story in the Writing Competition Winners' One-Shot Thread. So yeah, the grand prize for writing a fanfic was the opportunity to write another fanfic. Lofty, no? This is what I came up with.

Continuity-wise, it takes place after Runaways (2nd Series) #30, because I was intrigued by Nico's behavior after she returned from her ordeal with her ancestor with no explanation. She seemed ... meaner. Terry Moore's Runaways series isn;t acknowledged simply because I haven't read it yet, and I wanted to have the kids do more touring before they headed back to LA.

Today's video is for Geometry Wars Retro Evolved 2, and we're going to bring all the remaining Achievements for that title for you over the course of the next week. Rather than just do single Achievements, I'm bringing them to you by gametype. So, today covers getting Rebound and Magpie in Deadline, while scoring over 1,000,000 for Millionare. Note that Magpie can be gotten in any gametype, but it's no trouble in Deadline despite the timeframe.

Also, to follow up the Tournament Qualifier Achievement from PGR3, it unlocks as soon as you go into the pre-race lobby for your elimination round, which doesn't exactly make for a great video. So if you qualify in a tournament, just be available for the first round, which has a 15 minute window for the lobby to start. Anyway, good luck with the current tournament.

Today brings forth the next Forced Enjoyment video. I hope you enjoy it as much as I hated making it. The framerate issues that you see in the video are due to the game, not to the capture/editing. Apparently the graphics processor in the Xbox couldn't handle all the crab awesomeness.

Anticipation to present Special Category Hugo Award for Best Graphic Story

Anticipation is delighted to announce that a special category Hugo Award will be given at the 67th World Science Fiction Convention to honour works in which illustrations are integral to the movement of the plot, whether or not text is present. This Special Category Hugo, to be called "Best Graphic Story", will cover any science fiction or fantasy narrative in graphic form appearing for the first time in 2008. It may potentially be ratified as an annual award in the WSFS Business Meeting at the convention in August of 2009.

A Worldcon may choose to designate a Special Hugo to recognize a category of work for which there is no existing award, and in some cases special categories have gone on to become annual awards. Voting and administrative details will be handled the same way for both special and established categories. Recent special categories have included Best Website and Interactive Video Games.
The World Science Fiction Convention has presented the Hugo Awards for achievement in science fiction for 55 years. They are named after author and editor Hugo Gernsback.

The Hugo Awards nomination ballots will be released after January 1, 2009. In order to nominate for the 2009 Hugo Awards, you must have been an attending or supporting member of Denvention, the 66th Worldcon, or you must be an attending or supporting member of Anticipation. The Hugo Awards voting ballots will be released in the Spring of 2009. In order to vote for the 2009 Hugo Awards, or you must be an attending or supporting member of Anticipation.

Alright folks, Achievement Hunter TV had another successful broadcast. In just a couple hours of play I managed 12 achievements for 410 gamerscore. We had over 650 unique viewers during that time as well. You guys kick ass!!
